On the eve of the nationwide Women’s March on Washington, the 5th annual She Rocks Awards, held at the Anaheim Hilton during the NAMM show at the Anaheim Convention Center was a sold-out success that honored women making their mark within the music industry. A few artists paid tribute to the honorees with songs such as Victoria Plummer taking on Garbage’s “Only Happy When it Rains.”
