I don’t know about ya’ll… but when I go home for Christmas, I let completely loose and just eat every bad thing I can. ( oops:( ) I like to tell myself I’m ‘bulking’ but that’s a bad technique for someone who hasn’t been stage ready haha! BUT- ever since about Jan 17, I’ve been consistently going to the gym 6 days a week and eating clean. Not only can I see the difference… I notably feel different. I honestly couldn’t imagine, NOT going to the gym. best feeling in the world. I’m so excited to see what I’m going to look like in 6 months! I get help from people I know in the industry who are super duper lean and athletic and if anyone wants to know what routines work best for my body, I would be more than willing to share!!!
